Options - Reinforcement

In this window it has to be specified which attribute set results should be created.

The definition starts by selecting the Reference Set Type.
  • Bending reinforcement
  • Cracking reinforcement
  • Robustness reinforcement
  • Longitudinal reinforcement
  • Torsion reinforcement
  • Shear longitudinal reinforcement
  • Shear reinforcement for web
  • Shear reinforcement for flange (Qy)
  • Shear reinforcement for flange (Qz)

This selection represents a filter for the Attribute Sets; it is possible to select only those which have same Type.

Depending on the upper selection different additional options becomes visible/active and have to be determined.

SettingDescription
Longitudinal reinforcement
SettingDescription
AL Longitudinal reinforcement due to bending
Here no selection is necessary and is the same for:
  • Bending reinforcement
  • Cracking reinforcement
  • Robustness reinforcement
Torsion reinforcement (Shear-Torsion reinforcement)
SettingDescription
ALT Longitudinal Shear-Torsion reinforcement
AVT Vertical/Transversal Shear-Torsion reinforcement
AVT*2 Vertical/Transversal Shear-Torsion reinforcement × 2
CFT Capacity Factor Torsion
ANGLE Angle for CFT
Shear reinforcement for web
SettingDescription
AVQ Reinforcement in web due to Shear
AVQT Reinforcement in web due to interaction of Shear and Torsion
CVQ Capacity factor Shear (AVQ)
CVQT Capacity factor interaction Shear and Torsion (AVQT)
Shear-longitudinal reinforcement
SettingDescription
AL+M Bottom Shear-longitudinal reinforcement
AL-M Top Shear-longitudinal reinforcement
AL+M Angle for Bottom Shear-Longitudinal reinforcement
AL-M Angle for Top Shear-longitudinal reinforcement
